Welcome to the beginning of the 2009-10 school year.

I am very excited about the new school year. There are many wonderful initiatives being developed and implemented at the middle school. Initiatives that will provide your students with the best possible education, one that not only addresses academics, but also provides learning opportunities that will promote the development of a well rounded, global thinker.

Educating our students is a monumental task, one that requires parents and teachers to work together and invest in our children, our future. I am looking forward to being a part of the many outstanding programs and events that occur throughout the year. Programs that would not be successful if it were not for the continued dedication and support of the Northfield Education Foundation, Parent Teacher Organization, Sports Boosters Club and all our other school and community organizations. Our community is one that is truly reflective of a cohesive unit working together for the benefit of our children. Let’s enjoy this positive relationship and continue to build upon it for the benefit of our students and their future.
