     Hello, my name is Linda Albright and I am the Business Adminsitrator here at Northfield Community School. I am pleased to be starting my second year in this wonderful district. The entire school community welcomed me from the very first day; I feel very fortunate to be working here with Dr. Stepura, our excellent Board of Education, and our committed teachers, staff and other administrators.

     I came to Northfield from the Westville, NJ school district where I was also the Business Administrator. Prior to that, I worked in public accounting and financial planning, helping to ensure businesses operated on a solid financial footing. Northfield's excellent track record of fiscal responsibility made my transition into the position very smooth.

     It has been a very busy year for the Business Office. Our new food service provider, NutriServe, offers a wide variety of nutritionally balanced choices  at a very competitive cost to the district. (Lunch menus are available right here on our website.) We are in the process of exploring options for resurfacing the Mill Road parking lot, which is a large, complex project that will benefit the entire school community when finished. Other key improvements to our facilities, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and enhancements to our playing fields have also been completed. To be successful, these projects require strong fiscal management skills as well as consistent, efficient & effective policies and procedures. I am proud to be part of the administration responsible for these projects.

     I live in Westville with my husband Roger and three children - one in college, another in high school, and one just entering seventh grade. In my spare time, I enjoy sailing, reading, and taking in the views of the City of Philadelphia from our home.

     Again, I feel very fortunate to be here in Northfield and am looking forward to another very productive year!
